Shipping Information

All domestic and international packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service and delivery times depend on your "zone" or distance from the warehouse to the delivery address.

Individual items from orders that include multiple items may arrive at different times. Please allow up to 3 additional business days for all items of an order to arrive.

Packaging, Fulfillment, & Shipping Times

• Domestic: 3 - 7 days
• International: 5 - 15 days

Returns & Exchanges

Free returns and exchanges are provided for all products as long as the item has been unused and unworn. We cannot accept clothing or home goods once they have already been worn or used.

The return and exchange period is 30 days. After that we will do our best to help you but may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Once your return is confirmed you will be provided a pre-paid return label. Once your return is received and processed your refund will be submitted.
